This development is located in a very prestigious and affluent residential suburban area.

We chose to completely demolish the existing residential structure so that we could allow our own vision of luxurious living to flourish in this particular green setting.

Upon completion this modest 6 bedroom and 6 bathroom country manor featured a bespoke oak staircase, underfloor heating throughout, a cinema, steam room, intelligent lighting system and various other opulence.

The site sold immediately after completion for handsome reward.

This project was undertaken during a period of 24 months, and completed in 2011.
