This site was previously a private car park facility that also hosted storage units. This is another project in our catalogue of beginning with a complete demolition phase.
Tucked conveniently just 1 minute walk from a busy Ilford high street, we developed this site to our own specifications to resemble an Edwardian style Manor House.
Comprised of 12 spacious 1 bedroom apartments, this site now serves sturdily as one of our core buildings for our serviced Apartment Hotel businesses.
