This project constitutes another one of our hotel businesses in very close proximity to Gunveer Court (please refer to our other retained project).
Tucked conveniently just 1 minute walk from a busy Ilford high street, we developed this site to our own specifications as an extension to an existing High Street facing commercial structure.
Comprised of 13 spacious 1 bedroom apartments, this site now serves sturdily as one of our core buildings for our serviced Apartment Hotel businesses.
This site is proudly retained within our portfolio.
